yesterdayDale Kirkland, 31, pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Milford Superior Court to charges related to the death of his 3-month-old daughter.
Kirkland faces counts of risk of injury to a minor and intentional cruelty to a person after his infant was found dead in a bathtub at a Milford motel last week.
Police arrested him in Bridgeport.
Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
