Luis Rivera, a Bridgeport man, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting three children between 1994 and 1996.

Rivera previously pleaded guilty to the charges. He will also serve 35 years of probation following his prison sentence.

According to state officials, the victims came forward separately in 2022 to report the abuse.
