A Bridgeport man convicted of armed robberies, attempted murder and arson in Stamford and Norwalk has been sentenced to 35 years in prison.
He was sentenced in Stamford court Thursday.
Police say Onaje Smith and Tyreik Gantt shot a man in the head at Stamford's West Main Convenience store in 2017, nearly killing him.
The two also robbed two Chinese food delivery drivers in Norwalk and shot one driver in the leg and arm before stealing his car.
Minutes later, Gantt was also involved in a gas station fire in Stamford.
Smith also faces a separate charge in Bridgeport for the murder of Shane Slinsky in 2016.
