17h agoJefton Brown, of Bridgeport, has been sentenced to 58 years in prison for the 2020 murder of Jonathan Dawson.
In August, a jury found Brown guilty of shooting Dawson to death. Dawson's body was discovered near I-95 in East Lyme.
Prosecutors presented evidence showing Brown and Dawson were seen together in a car, and Dawson's blood was later found in the vehicle.
