A man was shot twice in Stamford Tuesday as people in the neighborhood enjoyed nice weather and a game of horseshoes, police say.
The victim, a 28-year-old black man from Bridgeport with Stamford ties, was struck in the arm and buttocks, police say.
The suspect, another black male who police say may have been in his mid-20s and wore a grey hoodie, fired four shots total before fleeing.
Stamford police ask anyone with information on the shooting to contact them.
