The Bridgeport nonprofit Building Neighborhoods Together (BNT) is helping homeowners through low-interest loans of up to $10,000 dollars.
They say the loans are designed to promote housing stability and are for homeowners in good standing with their mortgage payments.
BNT says the loans are available to homeowners with low or no credit.
