Bridgeport nonprofit to hold fundraiser Feb. 19 focused on helping local youth

A Bridgeport nonprofit dedicated to fostering social change and ensuring the healthy development of young people and families will hold a fundraiser to support those goals on Feb. 19 at Park City Music Hall in Bridgeport from 6-9 p.m.
Mary Pat Healy - Catalyst CT vice president of external affairs and strategy - says working for Catalyst CT is "highly rewarding."
"Personally, I love it. I grew up in Bridgeport and I feel that every kid deserves a chance," she said.

"It's amazing picking up others off the ground when it feels like they're already down - picking them back up and
letting them come into our community," Gonzalez said.
