An intoxicated Bridgeport man displayed a gun Thursday during a dispute with his Uber driver, police say.
The incident happened on Madison Avenue. When police arrived, they found Alex Rosado to be intoxicated. He was transported to St. Vincent's Medical Center and later released.
The driver claimed Rosado threw up in their car and pulled out a gun during a confrontation. It is not clear what the pair were discussing or what led to the argument.
Police recovered the gun, which they say was stolen by Rosado, a convicted felon. He was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, criminal possession of a firearm and ammunition, theft of a firearm and breach of peace.
