Bridgeport officials say the city’s mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinic serves homebound seniors and others who qualify for the shots.
Monday will mark the second week the city’s Career Resources’ van has served as a mobile vaccination site.
Officials urge the public to sign up for the service, which they say has been a big success so far.
"The mobile van will come to your home and administer your vaccination to you," says Evette Brantley, of the Bridgeport City Council. "I encourage everyone to take advantage of this service by calling (203) 576-7993, and the City of Bridgeport will be more than willing to assist you with the mobile unit."
The mobile unit provides its services at no cost.
