A Bridgeport teen remains hospitalized following a shooting Tuesday.
The shooting happened near the intersection of Stratford and Union avenues at around 5 p.m. Police have identified the victim as 18-year-old Kyran Dangerfield.
Police say Dangerfield was crossing the street with two of his friends when he was shot. Dangerfield's friends believe he had been targeted.
Dangerfield was taken to Bridgeport Hospital, where friends say he is in fair condition.
Police say they are working on several strong leads and hope to make an arrest soon.
