Fairfield police say a Bridgeport woman is facing charges for scamming local stores out of almost $7,000.
Police say Kimberly Baker, 33, would buy high-end designer products and then return fake versions to Marshalls and TJ Maxx stores across the state, pocketing the refunds.
They say the Marshall's on the Post Road was one of the stores Baker targeted.
