Bridgeport's Pleasure Beach to reopen for the first time since a fire in 1996
Bridgeport will open access to Pleasure Beach Saturday for the first time in almost 20 years. The beach has been closed since 1996, when a fire destroyed the bridge connecting the beach to the mainland.
