Stratford fire officials they battled a brush fire at the former Raybestos site last night 
The fire sparked concerns about toxic asbestos spreading into the air.
It started in some old baseball dugouts before 6 p.m. 
Firefighters say multiple crews came to the scene at Frog Pond Lane and East Main Street to help contain the fire.
Officials say the public works building nearby was damaged.
