Small business owners assessed the damage to their shopping plaza Friday, a day after fire blazed through the Norwalk strip.
One said he was heartbroken by the damage to his shop at Ludlow Shopping Center in Roger Square.
Firefighters say the building will likely be demolished, which is rough news for retailers ahead of the holiday shopping season.
JP Licari's floral shop was completely destroyed by the flames. He says he's going to lose out on a huge amount of business generated by Thanksgiving and Christmas.
