Emergency crews responded to a car and garage fire on Sturges Highway in Westport, successfully extinguishing the blaze and preventing any injuries this weekend.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a vehicle on fire, with flames extending to the garage.

The Westport Fire Marshal's Office is currently investigating the cause of the fire.
