A fire in New Canaan is under investigation this week after car burst into flames on Valley Road this week.
The pictures taken for the New Canaan Advertiser show firefighters putting out the flames on Monday afternoon.
The paper says the woman was trapped inside and crews had to work to remove her from the car.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
