Roads in Norwalk are open again Saturday evening after a woman crashed and hit a gas pipe.
The accident happened at around 1 p.m. on Cross Street.
Officials were on the scene and blocked off the road between Main Avenue and Wilton Street.
The gas leak caused several nearby buildings to evacuate as a safety precaution. Eversource Energy arrived on scene to turn off the leak.
Police say that no one was hurt.
