A residential care facility in Norwalk is getting a new owner and a makeover.
As News 12 previously reported, all 26 residents at Carlson House on Nelson Avenue were relocated to a nursing home in Westport after the operator's license was revoked due to multiple violations.
State officials say local physician Dr. Sayed Reza has agreed to buy the facility and completely remodel, refurnish and renovate the building at his own expense.
Carlson Place residents will then be given the first opportunities to move back in.
