    The case of a 16-year-old New Canaan girl accused of killing a jogger in Norwalk was continued today due to a power outage at the courthouse.
    Brianna McEwen is accused of hitting and killing a jogger with her car earlier this year while using her phone behind the wheel.
    She is facing negligent homicide charges as an adult.
