A 74-year-old man from Brooklyn who had been missing since Tuesday was found Thursday afternoon at a Bronx park.
Cesar Fanas was found at Rainey Park, about a half-mile from where he was last seen near 932 East 166th St.
Rosio Orzuna found Fanas. She first just asked him for the time, but he responded with a disoriented reply. Fanas told Orzuna he had gone three days without food or water.
Orzuna called police, and nearby officers were able to identify the man.
