Fairfield police have made an arrest in a fatal motorcycle crash that happened in September.
Carla Zandonella, 53, has been arrested and charged with negligent homicide.
Police say Zandonella was turning off Congress Street when she hit a motorcycle that was heading down the Black Rock Turnpike.
The 26-year-old rider, Nathan Stebbins, was taken to the hospital where he later died.
