This week, Chef Jeff Mihalek, of Nikki's Beach House Grill, shows Tina Redwine how to make fried calamari.
Fried Calamari
Cherry Peppers
Calamari
Evaporated Milk
Flour

Mix Calamari and Cherry peppers, put into the Evaporated Milk until thoroughly wet and then dredge in flour, shake off excess flour and fry until golden brown, in a fryer or in a pan with oil at 400 degrees for about 4 minutes.
