Chef Ester, a nutritionist and dietician in Weston, shares a healthy and delicious alternative to ice cream: nice cream.
Ingredients:
3 bananas, sliced and frozen for 5 hours
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp almond milk
Recipe:
Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if necessary. Serve immediately and top with fresh berries.
