Ingredients: for 2 people
1/2 head chopped Heart of Romaine
4 oz. bag of your favorite croutons
½ cup grape tomatoes sliced in half
¼ cup crumbled Feta cheese
¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives
1/8 cup nonpareil capers
2 oz. red wine vinaigrette
Toss all ingredients in a bowl and dress to your liking.
