(With ice cream)
1 oz. strawberry syrup
4 oz. (or 2 big scoops) vanilla ice cream
4-5 pieces of fresh strawberries
8-9 1x1 ice cubes
Strawberry cheesecake milkshake
(Without ice cream)
1 oz. strawberry syrup
1.5 oz. heavy cream
4-5 pieces of fresh strawberries
1.5 oz. simple syrup or 1 oz. cane sugar
¾ oz. vanilla syrup
8-9 1x1 ice cubes
Additional ingredients:
1 slice of plain cheesecake
Whipped cream
Maraschino Cherries
Mason Jar
Method:
Drizzle the strawberry syrup on a plate, and on the inside of the rim of the mason jar.  Place the vanilla ice cream, strawberries and ice cubes in a blender (or heavy cream, strawberries, syrup, sugar and ice if not using ice cream) and mix until blended.
Fill the mason jar 4/5 of the way full of the ice cream, and then fill the glass with whipped cream.
Place the cheesecake on the top rim of the glass.  Add additional whipped cream on top of cheesecake and top with a cherry.  Apply remaining strawberry drizzle over the top.
