Chef Matt from Nom-eez is joined by News 12's Tina Redwine to create Vietnamese fried rice.
Directions:
Rinse old rice with cold water and drain
Oil in the pan, add shallot, ginger, garlic, salted radish
Diced pork belly, mushrooms
Add a touch of chili flake
Add rice, veggies and fish sauce
Salt and pepper and then egg to finish
Top with bacon, and a 6 minute soft egg
