Ingredients:
2 CupsTomatoes
¼ Cup Herbs (Thyme, Basil, Parsley, Sage, etc...)
2 Cloves Garlic
3 Cups Oil (Not Exact)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepot, add oil until tomatoes are covered. Simmer for 1 hour.
