First measurable snow expected for some in Western CT this weekend

This week, Mike Geller, founder and owner of Mikes Organics of Stamford, shows Tina Redwine how to make a delicious gluten-free pasta.
Ingredients:
Chicken sausage
Broccoli
Gluten-free pasta
Parmesan cheese
Broth
Directions:
1. Put chicken sausage in pan, let it sizzle for a couple of minutes
2. After chicken sausage browns, add broth
3. Add raw broccoli
4. Cook uncovered on high heat for 5-10 minutes until broccoli is tender and crisp
5. Add cooked gluten-free pasta
6. Add Parmesan cheese
