Chef's Quick Tips: Cold Lobster Salad Roll

This week Chef Brian Hayslip of Fjord Fish Market shows Tina Redwine how to make various seafood recipes.
¼ Lb. Fresh Lobster Meat (Cleaned and cut into bite size pieces)
2 Tbls. Scallion Mayo
New England Style Lobster Roll
1 Tbls. Butter
Shaved Iceberg Lettuce
Toss lobster meat in scallion mayo.
Lightly butter both sides of New England roll and lightly brown in saute pan.
Add a little shaved iceberg lettuce inside bun and top with lobster mixture.
