A study in the Archives of Internal Medicine says chocolate is an important ingredient for men?s health.The 15-year study of more than 400 elderly men found those who ate dark chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa every day lived longer. The study also found that cocoa lowers blood pressure, improves function of the cells lining blood vessels and reduces the risk of death. Rachel Kessinger manages Munson's Chocolates in Westport.
