Torrington public schools announced classes will resume as normal on Thursday after a middle school student was arrested for making bomb threats.
Police say the student claimed they would bring a bomb to school today. The student also hacked into another student's email to make the threat.
The threat was not viable and was an attempt to get the hacked student in trouble.
