There's another chance for rain on Wednesday evening into early Thursday before sunnier skies prevail again.
NEXT: The temperatures will gradually cool and then they drop like a rock over the weekend. The winter solstice is Saturday, and it will definitely feel like winter again by then. Highs will be in the 30s, but it could get even colder going into the following week right before Christmas.
