The crew of a clam boat is safe after the Coast Guard had to rescue them.
Their boat started taking water yesterday on the Housatonic River off the coast of Stratford.
The boat was from G&B Shellfish Farm.
The Coast Guard says it worked with the Milford and Stratford Fire Departments to pump some of the water out of the boat and escort it back to Brown's Marina.
No one was hurt.
