Connecticut Attorney General William Tong says President Donald Trump continues to withhold federal funding from the state, despite multiple court rulings against the administration's actions.
Tong highlighted that contracts at the Department of Transportation for electric vehicles are currently stalled due to the funding freeze. He also noted that the administration is blocking funds from the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
Last year, Connecticut received $14 billion in federal funding from Washington, with the majority allocated to local towns and nonprofits.
