A young girl's apology to North Haven police is going viral on the internet.
Lilly wrote a letter to the department apologizing for an accidental 911 call last month.
She said she thought it was a play phone and added it will not happen again.
The department responded on social media saying, "Lilly, we got your letter. It's OK. Things happen." The post has generated thousands of likes.
