Connecticut invests more than $500,000 to drive major farm expansion
The Lamont administration has awarded more than $3.87 million through the program since 2019.

The Connecticut Department of Agriculture has awarded 43 farms across the state a total of $510,000 through its Farm Transition Grant Program.
The program helps farmers grow and adapt their operations. Officials say 123 farms apply for grants this year.
