Connecticut is joining 14 other states, and Washington, D.C., in suing President Donald Trump over his decision to end the DACA immigration program.
According to the lawsuit, the president's decision violates constitutional guarantees of due process and other statutory mandates.
Both Gov. Dannel Malloy and Attorney General George Jepsen call the order to rescind cruel.
Both Malloy and Jepsen say they are committed to protecting the estimated 10,000 state residents covered by DACA.
