A Milford bar owner lost her case against Gov. Ned Lamont in Connecticut's Supreme Court.
Kristine Casey, the owner of Casey's Irish Pub, filed a lawsuit challenging the governor's executive order to close bars during the pandemic.
The court ruled the governor's restaurant and bar restrictions are constitutional Thursday.
The court also acknowledged that the plaintiffs raised important questions about the governor's authority in a pandemic.
