Connecticut's COVID-19 positivity rate has jumped to almost 11% as of Tuesday.

Connecticut's COVID-19 positivity rate has jumped to almost 11% as of Tuesday.
Out of more than 34,000 COVID-19 tests administered, almost 3,700 came back positive.
That would make the positivity rate 10.72% - one of the highest rate's the state has seen during the pandemic.
There were 31 deaths due to COVID-19 and 12 new hospitalizations.
