Connecticut's attorney general announced today he will appeal a landmark court ruling that declared the state's education funding system unconstitutional and called for reforms.
The case is expected to go before the state Supreme Court.
A lower court judge ruled last week that the state's education funding system has resulted in a large gap in test scores between students in wealthy towns and those in poorer towns.
