A New Haven state lawmaker is trying to legalize marijuana in the state. State Rep. Juan Candelaria introduced a bill yesterday that would make it legal for anyone over 21 to use recreational marijuana.

A New Haven state lawmaker is trying to legalize marijuana in the state.
State Rep. Juan Candelaria introduced a bill yesterday that would make it legal for anyone over 21 to use recreational marijuana.
He says it would take drugs out of the hands of dealers and the taxes would help Connecticut's economy.
