CT Senate approves ballot question to let anyone vote by mail
The state Senate has approved a ballot question about amending the state constitution to let anyone vote by mail.
The Senate has to pass it again in two years, so voters won’t get to decide on the amendment until November 2024.
Also, voters will get a chance to decide on early, in-person voting in November 2022.
