While most people will spend all day Thursday preparing Thanksgiving feasts, stores have been working around-the-clock cooking in advance of the holiday.
Ivan Aristizabal runs the deli department at Porricelli's in Old Greenwich. He says the day before Thanksgiving is one of the busiest days of the year.
"I like to take care of the customers," he says.
Aristizabal claims to have cooked more turkeys this year than ever before. His hard work ends up paying off for customers like Marilyn Bonoff.
"I want to enjoy my guests," says Bonoff. "I've been there, done that. And I don't have to prove anything. I'm going to make my life easy and enjoyable."
