Connecticut marks Juneteenth
10h agoPolice say South Street in Danbury was closed for several hours Wednesday after an ATV accident left one person in critical condition.
It happened around 3 p.m. Officers arriving on scene say they found a person lying on the sidewalk and a damaged ATV.
They say two other ATV operators were involved in the accident but evaded police prior to their investigation.
Police say the injured ATV operator was transported to Danbury Hospital.
Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to contact Danbury police.
