4h agoA deadly accident shut down I-95 South in New Haven for several hours on Tuesday morning.
Police said a New Jersey man was struck outside of his car near the Exit 46 off-ramp.
Officials said the man was taken to Yale New Haven hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
It is not know why the victim was standing outside of his car. Police are still investigating the accident.
