Death of man ruled a homicide

The state medical examiner has ruled the death of a man found in Ash Creek in Bridgeport last month a homicide. Officials say Wayne Bentley, 42, drowned because he suffered trauma to the head and neck.

The state medical examiner has ruled the death of a man found in Ash Creek in Bridgeport last month a homicide.
Officials say Wayne Bentley, 42, drowned because he suffered trauma to the head and neck.
Witnesses say Bentley got into a fight with another man inside Chubby's Bar and Grill on Fairfield Avenue. 
The fight allegedly spilled into the parking lot and both men fell into the creek.
No arrests have been made.
