9h agoThe Connecticut Department of Transportation announced plans to ease traffic backups on I-84 in Danbury.
They are planning on adding a "flex lane" that will convert the inside shoulder into a travel lane during peak traffic hours.
The DOT says construction on the project should start in 2028.
