A man is dead following an alleged DWI accident on the Bruckner Expressway in the Bronx.
According to police, Abe Prior, 30, of Norwalk, was killed Sunday when the car he was riding in crashed into a construction vehicle.
Police say the driver, Jorge Viteri, lost control of the car.
Viteri has been charged with DWI and manslaughter.
Two other passengers were also injured in the crash.
