A Milford boy who battled leukemia for seven years passed away last week.
Dylan Fortunato died Wednesday at the age of 13.
He was a seventh-grader at Harborside Middle School. Dylan was known for his love of baseball and for his love of others.
His parents say he fought bravely until the end.
The family says they are grateful to people across Connecticut for all of their support.
Dylan will be laid to rest on Wednesday.
