East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich is reopened after a car crashed into a utility pole, police say.
The crash happened near Old Church Road and Park Place Sunday at 8 p.m. 
Police say a 2020 Jeep Wrangler was traveling west, when it left the roadway, and struck a tree and utility pole on the north shoulder.  The vehicle rolled over onto the roof.
The operator sustained life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The Greenwich Police Crash Reconstruction Team is investigating the crash. Anyone with information is asked to call 203-622-8014.or 8015.
